• The properties that you shortlist will be pre inspected and a report sent to you, saving you considerable time and expense.

• We will accompany you on any viewings.

• Once a suitable property has been found we can negotiate the purchase on your behalf if required.

• We can introduce you to specialist advisors including solicitors, surveyors and architects.

• Once a sale has been agreed we will closely monitor and keep you fully informed of progress.

• After exchange, when the property is finally yours, we can assist you to plan the next stage to completion and beyond.

• Such arrangements may include removals, transfer of telephone, electricity, gas and water, not forgetting the change of address cards.

• Redecoration, organisation of local tradesmen, moorings, golf clubs, and new schools, finding a gardener the list can be almost endless!
