We will travel to meet you in person, either to your home or a mutually convenient location. If you reside outside mainland Great Britain we can meet you by arrangement.
Following your brief we will prepare a detailed report on your preferred area. Suitable properties will be sourced, sifted and the information sent to you. The properties that you shortlist will be pre-inspected and a report with photographs sent to you, saving you considerable time and expense. We will then accompany you on all viewings.
Once a suitable property has been found we negotiate the purchase on your behalf.
Further to this we can introduce you to specialist advisors including solicitors, surveyors and architects.
Once a sale has been agreed we closely monitor and keep you fully informed of progress. After exchange, when the property is finally yours, we can assist you to plan the next stage to completion and beyond. Such arrangements may include furniture removals, transfer of telephone, electricity, gas and water... and not forgetting change of address information.
Post completion, we can even help organise renovation, redecoration, organisation of local tradesmen, boat moorings, golf clubs, new schools, a gardener - the list can be almost endless!
We are available throughout the whole process for help and advice.
