Our comprehensive and professional service is geared
entirely to your needs
If you live on mainland Great Britain we will meet you in person in your home or
wherever is convenient. If you reside offshore we can, by arrangement, meet you.
Following your brief we will prepare a detailed report on your preferred area,
suitable properties are sourced, sifted and the information conveyed to you.
Those properties of interest to you are then pre inspected, saving you
considerable time and expense, and we will quickly report back to you.
We will accompany you to those you wish to view, meeting you at a station, air
or seaport if necessary.
Once a suitable property has been found we will, if you want us to, negotiate
the purchase on your behalf. You are of course perfectly free to do this
yourself if you so wish.
At any point specialist advisors including solicitors, surveyors and architects
can be introduced to you.
Once a sale has been agreed we will closely monitor it with you being kept fully
informed.
After exchange, when the property is finally yours, we can, if required help
plan the run up to and beyond completion. Such arrangements may include
removals, transfer of telephone, electricity, gas and water, not forgetting
change of address cards. Redecoration, organising local tradesmen, moorings,
golf clubs, new schools, finding a gardener… the list can be almost endless.
Post completion we are always available for help and advice.
