Our Fees
The services we offer are individually arranged for each client. Each client requires a personal service, which we pride ourselves in being able to provide.
We may be asked to initially advise on a particular geographical area; possibly only to find a suitable property or to negotiate a purchase even if we have not been involved in finding it.
We may be asked to arrange work that does not involve the search of purchase of a property
Depending upon what you want us to do will depend on our fees. We confirm all our fees in writing.
